   • The natural cyclic decline of an Industry Sector itself
   • Excess talent supply in a traditional career domain > lower demand & salary
   • Limitations to take-up the opportunities for the lack of mobility out of a place/region
   • Falling behind in skill upgradation or technological disruptions (e.g., AI) in Career domain
3. Considering a switch from own business to the Corporate Sector or vice versa
4. Inability to keep up pace with the changing business dynamics in a Career domain
5. Movement back to the home country that offers lower salary in the career domain
